As a brand ambassador of its land and its roots, the hybrid mineral surface Silestone® by Cosentino travels hand in hand with the Diputación de Almería and “Sabores Almería” to Salón Gourmets 2021, one of the most important and influential gastronomic fairs in Europe and the world.
“Sabores Almería” has a 450 m2 space in Pavilion 6 of Ifema Madrid, where it will be exhibiting its excellent agri-food production from 18 to 21 October. At this stand, Cosentino presented the Ethereal by Silestone® collection for the first time this morning at an event attended by the President of the Almeria Provincial Council, Javier A. García, and the Vice-President of Communication and Corporate Reputation of the Cosentino Group, Santiago Alfonso, this marbled style collection is made up of four colours, Ethereal Dusk, Ethereal Haze, Ethereal Glow and Ethereal Noctis, which reinterpret the dreamlike beauty of the sky. The launch of Silestone® Ethereal is accompanied by a major campaign starring international fashion icon and businesswoman Cindy Crawford, which was screened in front of the audience. Crawford also wanted to send a special greeting to “Sabores Almería”.
As part of this presentation, the renowned chefs Diego Guerrero and Javier Peña performed two spectacular culinary demonstrations on a marvellous Silestone® Ethereal worktop, Dusk colour; this shade offers an urban look where the bluish tone of its veins provides a modern and modern touch.

The President of the Provincial Council, Javier A. García, highlighted the importance for the Provincial Council and the “Sabores Almería” brand that the Salón de Gourmets stand is hosting the world presentation of this new collection of colours for Silestone®: “It is proof of Cosentino’s commitment and involvement with its land and all the people of Almeria. 22 companies from “Sabores Almería” are attending the 34th edition of Salón Gourmets. During all these days, this preferential space, with the presence of Silestone®, has different activities, such as tastings, product presentations and showcookings by great chefs from Almería, including José Álvarez, José Berenguer, Antonio Carmona, Mariela Pérez, Jessica Núñez, Tony García and many more.
