Resounding success of the 1st Suflí and County Gastronomic Products Fair

The typical products of the area were showcased in a master class given by the chef Carlos J. Sánchez.

Successful attendance and sales of the ten establishments that took part this Sunday in the 1st Suflí and Region Gastronomic Products Fair.

The locals and traders braved the cold and enjoyed a day that included a master class with the fritá de Suflí, an emblematic product of the municipality, given by Carlos J. Sánchez from MoMa Espacio, dancing and a midday fair.

The companies taking part in this first edition are:

– Suflí canned vegetables.

– Industria Alimenticias de Suflí.

– El Checo de Armuña butcher’s shop.

– Bodegas García Gil de Oria.

– Muñoz de Sierro butcher’s shop.

– Mariana Bakery from Olula del Río.

– Los Filabres craft beer from Velefique.

– Potato crisps Ermita de San Sebastián from Tíjola.

– Monteagud cheese from Uleila del Campo.

– La Zalea olive oil mill in Serón.

– Honey La Bujardona from Olula del Rio.

– Cook from MoMa Espacio Gastronomico in Olula del Río.

The I Fair of Gastronomic Products of Suflí and Region has been sponsored by the Junta de Andalucía with the collaboration of the Town Council of Suflí.
