Another victory for Cantoria at the Los Olivos municipal stadium, where they only count their games by wins.
This Sunday the Cantorians received Celtic Pulianas from Granada, a team they beat 3-0, match corresponding to match day 14 of Group 2 of the Andalusian Division of Honour.
The first half was clearly dominated by the home side and was highlighted by a fine goal from Agustín after a free kick sent in by Ricardo.
The Aurinegros continued their monologue and had the chance to increase their lead with a penalty on Reche, but this season David Calleja’s side have a worrying record of missing four of the last four penalties they have been awarded. Captain Ricardo stepped up to take the spot-kick, only for the post to repel the spot-kick.
The second half started more evenly, but it was Ricardo who this time scored a fine goal after great control.
The team from Granada were a bit of a mixed bag, conceding the third goal in stoppage time after a free kick from Vanian which Castillejo sent into the net to reach the end of the game with the score at 3-0 and to be able to stay in the quiet zone of the table.
Cantoria will play the last game of the year in Loja with the firm intention of getting their first win away from home.
