The Murcian Health Service will install 27 mobile units in as many municipalities this Thursday, 30 December.

They will be open from 16:30 to 21:00 in order to promote vaccination and detection of coronavirus cases.

The Murcian Health Service, through 061, is going to install 27 mobile units in as many municipalities this Thursday, 30 December, prior to New Year’s Eve in order to contribute to the vaccination and detection of COVID cases in this sixth wave.

These points will offer vaccination of only the first dose to the 83,000 citizens who have not yet been vaccinated, as well as the possibility of having antigen tests carried out completely free of charge and without the need for an appointment. The units will be open from 16.30 to 21.00 hours.

In this regard, the Regional Ministry of Health has reminded that vaccinations for children under 12 years of age are always carried out by appointment, which can be requested on the Murciasalud website.

Specifically, the points will be installed in Murcia (Plaza de la Merced); in Alhama de Murcia (in the garden of Los Patos); Alcantarilla (in the Plaza Adolfo Suárez); Mula (Parque Cristóbal Gabarrón); Cartagena (Plaza Héroes de Cavite); Mazarrón (Plaza del Convento); Águilas (Recinto Ferial Adolfo Suárez); Lorca (Alameda de la Constitución next to Columnas); Totana (Plaza de la Balsa Vieja); Cieza (Plaza esquina Convento/Parroquía de San Joaquín); and Puerto Lumbreras (calle Vicente Ruiz Llamas/antiguo colegio Sagrado Corazón).

It will also be installed in Caravaca de la Cruz (Avenida de los Andenes next to the Templete; Cehegín (Sala Camelot); Jumilla (Parking Mercado de Abastos); Yecla (Jardín de la Constitución next to Cazadores); Archena (Viveros de empresas near the Mercado de Abastos); Molina de Segura (Parque de la Compañía); San Javier (Plaza del Ayuntamiento); Torre Pacheco (Plaza Pedro Jimenez/Ayuntamiento Nuevo); and Las Torres de Cotillas (Ayuntamiento/plaza Adolfo Suárez).

Likewise, the points will remain in Calasparra (Hospicio car park, in front of the Emilio Pérez Piñero dome); Moratalla (Town Hall square); Beniel (Europa square/Health Centre); La Unión (Joaquín Costa square); Los Alcázares (13 de octubre pavilion); Fuente Álamo (Casa de la Cultura); and Alguazas (Sports Pavilion).
