Olula del Rio fiestas suspended

The consensus decision was taken on Tuesday morning.

This Tuesday morning, the Plenary Hall of Olula del Río was used as a meeting place to decide what to do with the activities programmed for the festivities of San Sebastián and San Ildefonso.

The current pandemic situation and the increase of contagions in the municipality, have caused the members of the government team, the opposition, the local parish priest, police headquarters, members of the Peña San Sebastian and San Ildefonso, and also the representatives of the traders through ACOMOL, to take the decision to suspend the procession of the donuts and wheelbarrows, including the bonfires and lights that are usually lit in different parts of the town.
