The Andalusian Health Service (SAS) will confirm, from next Monday, the positive self-diagnosis tests reported by those users who require sick leave through their own diagnostic tests carried out in health centres. In this way, those people who communicate via the Salud Responde app or telephone that they have a positive self-diagnosis test will receive an appointment on their mobile phone for an active infection test (PCR or antigen test).
These diagnostic tests will be carried out mainly at their health centre and also at designated points.
The measure will be implemented on Monday 7th and was announced today by the Minister for Health and Families, Jesús Aguirre, during his speech in parliamentary committee.
Priority will be given to carrying out PDIA for diagnostic confirmation in people who have severe symptoms, are vulnerable people (over 70 years of age, people with serious illnesses, immunodepromised and pregnant women), have close contact with vulnerable people, are health or social-health personnel and those who have not been vaccinated.
