Cantoria 2017 had a good win this Sunday, beating Loja Club Deportivo 3-1 at the Los Olivos municipal stadium in a match corresponding to match day 34 of Group 2 of the Andalusian Division of Honour.
A poor start by the home side and a penalty converted by Óscar in the 21st minute of the first half put the Granada side ahead in a match considered a “trap”; Loja, already relegated, were not about to make it easy for the Almanzora Valley side.
A technical talk at half-time and two situations to highlight; if they won, they would mathematically seal their relegation. If they kept sixth place in the standings, they would remain a Copa de Andalucía team for another week.
Under these slogans, the home side, boosted by their fans, went in search of the three points. As soon as the game resumed, Capel in the 47th minute equalised. Miguel Castillejo in the 66th minute and Abdou Dipo in the 88th minute, closed the scoreboard under a scorching sun and the encouragement of the fans.
Next weekend Cantoria visits Villacarrillo de Jaén, fifth in the official championship of the division.
