Since a few days ago, the residents of Olula del Río can enjoy the extension of the Permanent Exhibition ‘Olularte’ with new works by Odu Carmona from the collections «Floralia, Jardín privado» or «Las diez menos cuarto», which will share space with works by artists such as Sorolla, Antonio López, Andrés García Ibáñez or Pérez Siquier.
The extension of the OlulArte project continues with the enhancement of the old quarter of Olula del Río, better known as Cuartel Viejo, which has undoubtedly been transformed into an open-air museum, «with Odu Carmona the streets are filled with colour thanks to the liveliness of her works», say those responsible for the initiative which has been so well received in the municipality.
The artist Odu Carmona, together with the mayor Antonio Martínez Pascual and the councillors for Education Miguel Torregrosa and Promotion of the People Francisco Bellido, visited the extension of the exhibition and invited residents and tourists to discover different aspects of the work of the local painter, such as the charm of the streets and emblematic places of the municipality.
