The rapid intervention of a patrol of the Local Police of Albox, managed to prevent an outbreak of fire from escalating in a house in the municipality.
The incident occurred at 10 o’clock this Tuesday morning in a house located in Calle Alfarerías, when for unknown reasons, the house started to catch fire.
The municipal officers who were patrolling the area at the time, were able to extinguish the flames with the fire extinguisher in their vehicle, so no personal injuries were reported. There was only material damage as the fire affected the curtains of the house – where the flames were said to have originated – and the adjoining door.
The Guardia Civil, Fire Brigade and Health Services were on the scene.
