Itinerant street theatre show in which Aquiles, a giant of more than five metres in height, bursts into the city. Achilles will travel along the Paseo Colón, in Santiago de la Ribera, with his 5.5 metres high and his almost 800 kilos, crossing the streets and squares and bursting into the quiet night of the seafront promenade. La Fam Teatre stars in a spectacle of enormous visual impact that fascinates all those who come to see how Achilles walks through the streets.
Achilles, son of the goddess Thetis and the mortal Peleus, was one of the great heroes of Greek mythology. Of all those who fought in the Trojan War, he was the most renowned. His role in the war was decisive for the victory of the Greeks. Despite his superhuman qualities, Achilles was mortal. Achilles’ extreme strength, cruelty, arrogance and beauty became the prototype of all those who wanted to pay for living an illustrious, dangerous and fast-paced life.
