The green flag is flying this Sunday on all the beaches of the Region of MurciaAll the beach surveillance posts of Plan Copla have opened this Sunday raising the green flag, which means bathing without danger, according to sources from the Emergency Coordination Centre consulted by Europa Press.

The green flag indicates that the sea is calm and the water quality is good.

However, the ‘1-1-2’ recommends that you follow the instructions of the lifeguards at the lifeguard post at all times and pay attention to the colour of the flag flying at the lifeguard post before entering the water.

It also advises bathing in supervised areas, getting out of the water immediately if you feel dizzy, cramp or any other indisposition, sunbathing with precautions, using adequate sunscreen and hydrating frequently, paying special attention to children and the elderly.
