It is time to return to the previous healthcare activity, with the humanisation of all healthcare processes as a fundamental pillar of the system”.
The Director of the Andalusian Humanisation Plan and Director of Nursing at the Poniente University Hospital, Chelo Artero, presented the progress made to date in the implementation of the Plan (projects, lines of collaboration with the Andalusian Health Quality Agency (ACSA), collaboration agreements, accompaniment protocol, as well as visits. He also presented the wide range of training courses being offered by the Plan.

Artero stressed that “humanisation is one of the priority lines of work for the Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs during this term of office, along with efficiency and accessibility”. “All the health centres are deploying the lines of work in the four cross-cutting areas of the Plan, such as: Organisational, structural, care and relational through the work of the Humanisation Commissions of both primary care and hospital centres.
