
On Sunday 18th December, as usual, the Christmas market was held in the town of Purchena, organised by the Mayordomía Parroquial with the collaboration of the Purchena Town Council.
Accompanied by excellent weather, a large number of people and with more than thirty stalls, this event was held to show how close Christmas is, as well as the different stalls that make up the market and a bar to enjoy a drink for the benefit of the association.
To liven up the day, the children of the Purchena Municipal Dance School performed a series of traditional and Christmas dances which gave a special colour to this festive day.

To finish the day there was also a performance by the Tuna de Macael sponsored by the Purchena Town Hall.
