The president of the Partido Popular de Almería, Javier A. García, has held a working meeting today with the Partido Popular candidate in the municipality of Albox, María del Mar Alfonso, in which he has conveyed the support of the provincial leadership in this new stage that she is facing as number 1 of the Albox PP candidacy for the elections on 28 May.
García Molina thanked María del Mar Alfonso for the step she has taken to lead the list of the Partido Popular and get to the mayor’s office to “transform Albox after the years of neglect that the town has suffered”.
The president of the PP points out that “Albox needs committed people, who feel for their municipality and who work to make the town a reference in the Almanzora again”, and that is the commitment that María del Mar Alfonso has given him and which he faces “with enthusiasm and great responsibility”.
The PP candidate for mayor of Albox says that “although the task will not be easy” she is a lover of big challenges, so she is running “with clear ideas and the aim of keeping the past alive, improving the present and trying to build a hopeful future”.
“I want a conciliatory, inclusive Albox, where dialogue is the driving force behind the most important decisions,” he explained.
To achieve this, she pledged to “work with a great team, full of enthusiasm and with an enormous desire to return our town to the place it deserves”.
The PP candidate for mayor is convinced that “the effort will be worth it” because, as she said, “I choose an Albox with a future. Albox is in your hands”.
