The Regional Blood Donation Centre has made an urgent appeal to the population between 18 and 65 years of age, especially those in groups A+, A- and 0+, to donate blood in view of the shortage of reserves to meet the demand in Murcian hospitals.
“If you are from groups A+, A- and 0+, dedicate 20 minutes to us”, the Haemodonation Centre asks in a message to the population in which it stresses that the demand for blood in hospitals “is very high” and “250 donations a day are needed”.
Due to the drop in the level of reserves, the centre is making an urgent appeal. Those interested can find the places to go to donate at the link ‘http://murciasalud.es/crh‘.
Specifically, this Tuesday they can go to donate at the El Mirador Medical Clinic from 17.00 to 21.00 hours; in the Coto Cuadros hall of the Department of Agriculture from 9.30 to 14.00 hours; in the La Hoya Medical Clinic from 17.00 to 21.00 hours; and in the El Esparragal Medical Clinic, in Puerto Lumbreras, from 17.00 to 21.00 hours.
