A fatal accident occurred this Sunday morning, at around 11.30 am, at km 37.200 of the A-1100 between the municipalities of Albanchez and Cóbdar.
According to Emergencias 112 Andalucía, a call was received at around 11.40 hours for a motorcyclist who had fallen and was lying on the road on the A-1100 at Cerro de la Virgen.
Immediately, the Traffic Civil Guard, the road maintenance company and the 061 Health Emergency Centre, which mobilised a helicopter to the scene, were called from the coordination centre. On arrival at the scene, the health services were only able to confirm to 112 the death of the person driving the motorbike.
The young driver, known in the motorbike world as Papiola, according to sources close to the incident, was 35 years old.
