The Councillor for Educational Development and Vocational Training, Patricia del Pozo, has reported that in Olula del Río there are several actions underway or scheduled, with a total budget of more than 900,000 euros.
In this sense, she explained that the bioclimatisation work is under construction at the IES Rosa Navarro, for an amount of 322,726.86 euros. Also within this programme, work on the Trina Rull Infant and Primary School is in the contracting phase, with a budget of 283,270.87 euros.
In addition to these two bioclimatisation works, in the municipality of Olula del Río, the partial replacement of spaces (multipurpose room) in the Antonio Relaño Primary School is planned, with an estimated budget of 300,000 euros. This action is currently in the project contracting phase. Del Pozo also pointed out that asbestos removal work was completed in September 2020 at CEIP Trina Rull for approximately 5,000 euros.
Regarding technological equipment, the councillor said that 214 portable devices and tablets have been delivered in Olula del Río.
On the other hand, the Elementary Conservatory of Music will incorporate the speciality of saxophone in the academic year 2023/24.
