The Villa de Fines women’s futsal team suffered an unappealable defeat this Saturday morning at the Fernando Navarrete Pavilion.
They lost by 3-8 to CD Peligros of Granada by 8-3, a match corresponding to the 19th matchday of the only Group of the División de Honor de futsal.
A match between two aspirants for promotion who occupy the second and third positions in the table respectively; despite the defeat, the fineras continue to hold second place.
The Granadinas were superior to the Celestes at all times and in the 30th minute, they were leading by 0-6.
Karen twice and María del Pilar Cabrera, made up the final result of a match “from which we must learn”, said the coach of Villa de Fines, Francis Cano.
“Now we have seven finals left and we have to wait for the results of the matches between the teams at the top. Today we lost against the best team in the category,” said the local coach.
The next matchday the Almanzora team travel to Malaga to face Colegio Los Olivos.
