The municipality of Fines will host one of the most outstanding musical events of the year in the Almanzora region: the Fines Jazz Fest 2023. For four days, from 13 to 16 April, the Javier Aureliano García Auditorium, a welcoming and modern space with all the amenities for enjoying live music, the Municipal Library and the streets of the town will be the venues for concerts, art exhibitions and other activities related to the world of jazz.
The festival programme includes live performances, art exhibitions, masterclasses and other cultural activities that will allow attendees to immerse themselves in jazz music and culture.
Among the artists taking part in the festival, ClasiJazz, as one of the leading figures on the provincial jazz scene, could not be missing. We will be able to enjoy the Clasijazz Quintet plays Roy Hargrove, a very personal interpretation of this trumpeter and composer.
In addition, this festival will feature the participation, among others, of the local group ADA’s Trio Jazz, the Jazz Band Albox and the Orquesta Ciudad de Vera. It will be an opportunity to check out the great work done by the emerging talents of the provincial scene.
Tickets for the different activities and concerts will be free, except for the masterclass, which will have a reduced price. They are available from 27 March at the Fines Town Hall.
This festival has been organised by the Fines Town Hall in collaboration with the Diputación Provincial de Almería and the Asociación Cultural Banda Musical de Fines.
