
The socialist candidate for mayor of Chercos, Eduardo Mena Corral, has proposed as his main objective if the election results give him the victory on 28M to carry out different measures to combat the phenomenon of depopulation that passes, mainly, to promote social and employment measures that settle the population in the territory.
«We want Chercos to re-emerge and offer everything that people need to stay and live in their village if that is their wish and not be forced to leave to create a working and family future,» he argued. To do this, he said, he has a «very well prepared and powerful electoral programme» that he will implement if he becomes mayor, with the help of «young and enterprising people, with great knowledge and training», who are those who accompany him on the PSOE list for 28M.
