This year, Oria Town Council is once again turning its streets into ‘Corners of Music and Words’ with the support of the Provincial Council of Almeria and Cosentino. The 13th edition of this programme returns with the aim of strengthening its position as a reference in the north of the province.
‘Rincones de Música y Palabra’ is a cultural and social alternative within the urban environments of the big cities, where the corners become indispensable pieces and an added value for these performances.
This year’s programme includes top-level musical performances and poetry recitals, as well as parallel activities aimed at all audiences. The performances scheduled are:
Los Malagatos: 6th July – 22.30 h. Era de Ciezar.
Lena Carrilero, Sabina Bengoechea, Juan Javier Ortigosa, Nuria Ortega Ribas (Aula de Poesía de Olula del Río): 13th July – 22.30 h. Calle Horno.
Javier Ruibal ‘En Acústico’: 13th of July – 22.30 h. Parque del Norte.
Sara Escudero, Narración Oria: 25th July – 22.30 h. El Rulador Laundry Room
Pepsi and the Clits: July 27th – 22.30 h. El Puente (Oria)
Pedro Guerra: 3rd August – 22.30 h. Fuente de la Polaca (Oria)
Amparanoia (Amparo Sánchez): 10th August – 10.30 pm. San Lucas Park
