Agents of the Local Police of San Javier arrested on Tuesday 18 July a 38 year old man who responds to the initials T.H.C., in the urbanization Castillos de Mar, La Manga del Mar Mar Menor, on which there was a search alert in addition to having numerous police records,.
The officers had been called by a 112 caller who alerted them to a situation of public disorder and possible brawl in the Castillos de Mar area. On arrival, the officers managed to calm the spirits of those involved after which they asked the Central Operations Centre for the possible background of those involved in the events.
The result of the check was that the person arrested subsequently had a warrant in force from a Court in another autonomous community, which ordered his search, arrest and appearance before the Court. It was also found that this same person had a long police record.
For all these reasons, the officers of the Local Police of San Javier, after reading him his constitutional rights, transferred him to police stations for the instruction of the corresponding police proceedings and his subsequent custody in the barracks of the Guardia Civil of Cabo de Palos awaiting to pass to judicial disposition.
