The blue zone for parking the vehicle in Cartagena has no cost in August in the evenings and weekends. The Parking Service ORA (Regulatory Ordinance Parking) is again free from Monday to Friday from two o’clock in the afternoon. And on weekends all day, as reported by municipal sources.
Thus, from this Tuesday Cartagena drivers do not have to pay to leave your car in blue and green zone (labor) during this month in the evening working hours, Saturdays and Sundays. The ORA parking will continue to pay from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 14.00 hours.
On the other hand, among the recent novelties of this system is that it is no longer necessary to leave the ticket visible on the dashboard, as parking is controlled electronically by the ORA staff by means of the license plates of the vehicles.
