The province of Almeria will be the epicentre of Harley Davidson with an official route.

The Provincial Council has presented this event, which will take place between 13 and 15 October.

The Provincial Council of Almeria has presented the 12+1 edition of ‘Almeria H.O.G. RALLY 2023’. It is a Harley Davidson Route that will cover part of the province, from the capital to Adra, during the next 13 to 15 October.

This edition will have 140 registered participants and 80 Harley-Davidson motorbikes, which will come from practically all over Spain. The communities most represented on this route are Galicia, Cantabria, Asturias, Balearic Islands, Valencia, Madrid, Melilla, Murcia, Andalusia and some participants from Portugal and Belgium.

The presentation was attended by the Deputy for Sports, José Antonio García; the Councillor for the Promotion of the City, Joaquín Pérez de la Blanca; Joaquín Zapata, director of Harley-Davidson Almería; and Ricardo Salvador Quesada, representing the Harley-Davidson Almería dealer.

The Sports Deputy reiterated the importance of this event: «The province of Almeria will be the epicentre of the Harley world, with this event backed by the brand, being an official event. It is one of the three oldest on the national scene».

In addition, García pointed out that the «140 participants from all over Spain will be able to enjoy the benefits of the ‘Costa de Almería’, a perfect destination to visit during the 12 months of the year».

Pérez de la Blanca has valued the «good news» that means the arrival of all the people who come to this event and to «enjoy museum spaces and gastronomic products», as well as the opportunity to have these Harley Davidson circulating through the city of Almería».

For his part, the director of the brand in Almeria has detailed that «many participants come from the north of Spain and from Andalusia come from all the provinces. We would like to thank the support of the Provincial Council and the town councils of Almería and Adra, without which it would be very difficult to promote the event». In addition, Quesada reiterated the words of the director in Almería, «thanking the Diputación, Junta and the town councils of Almería and Adra».

The events that include the acronym H.O.G. in their name are the only official and approved by the brand, as these acronyms are those of the Harley Owners Group (Harley Owners Group) registered trademark worldwide by Harley-Davidson.
