The Flavours of the Almanzora in a recipe booklet

The book contains more than fifty recipes from establishments in twenty different locations.

The Valle del Almanzora Association of Tourist Entrepreneurs has published a book of recipes which includes traditional dishes from the area along with other more innovative dishes which include all or part of local produce.

The tourism entrepreneurs have been working for five years on the dissemination and promotion of local gastronomic products, whether dishes and tapas from bars and restaurants or food products from the area, with the aim of highlighting them, making them known and attracting visitors who are motivated by gastronomic tourism.

This book of more than 140 pages, prepared between May and June, contains fifty recipes from establishments in twenty different villages. The recipes do not specify exact measurements, but they do offer a detailed description of the ingredients needed for each dish and instructions for its preparation. This way, if you like it, you can try the dish in the corresponding establishment.
