The Emergency and Coordination Centre 1-1-2 Region of Murcia received a call at 08:26 hours informing of an injured man in a work accident, after falling from a scaffolding that was between 10-15 metres high.
The 41 year old male, a worker in a solar panel company was wearing a harness and helmet, was on the ground conscious, with pain in his side and reported difficulty breathing.
The Inspector of the Instituto de Seguridad y Salud Laboral de la Región de Murcia was immediately informed.
An ambulance with medical personnel (Mobile Unit) from the 061 Health Emergencies and Emergencies Department was sent to the scene and transferred him (polytraumatised) to the hospital “Los Arcos del Mar Menor, San Javier.
