The magic of Christmas arrives in Tíjola and the Town Hall invites all the residents of the region to «live unforgettable moments during this festive season».
On Friday 1st December, the Christmas lights were switched on with a spectacular flamenco zambomba in the Town Hall Square. A night full of music, joy and, of course, delicious polvorones, liqueurs and Christmas mantecados to enjoy this unique lighting in the province.
But that’s not all, during this month of December, Tíjola has prepared a programme that will leave no one indifferent. The participation and collaboration of associations and sports clubs of the municipality will make these events even more special. Activities such as the Santa Cecilia Concert, the IV San Silvestre on the 31st December, a Charity Piano Concert by the Book Bank and the show «Beyond Christmas» presented by the Virgen del Socorro Choir and Dance Association.
For families, a First Children’s Christmas Camp full of fun has been prepared, creating a perfect place for family reconciliation. In addition, they will be able to enjoy an ice rink throughout the Christmas period and the musical «Una Casa con Encanto» which will capture the hearts of young and old alike.
Don’t miss out on the charm of the Christmas market, which will be open throughout 26, 27 and 28 December offering unique gifts and culinary delights, which will make this Christmas really special.
The council wants to «extend the invitation to all the inhabitants of the province. Organise an outing with family or friends and join us to share the joy of Christmas in Tíjola».
