The municipality of Suflí celebrated this Sunday 17th December the third edition of its gastronomic fair, with the affluence of a large number of neighbours who came to spend a Sunday with the family and taste different delicacies offered by local producers.
The event was organised by the town council of Suflí, with the collaboration of the Diputación de Almería and the Consejería de Turismo Cultura y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía.
The traditional Fritá de Suflí, sweets, nougat, wine, migas, mantecados and other gastronomic products that are a must on the tables of Almanzor families, formed part of a day which also included children’s activities and performances by Rumba Kimbao and Los Lagartos.
The inauguration of the «Third Fair of Gastronomic Products of Suflí and its Region» was attended by the Delegate for Tourism, Culture and Sport, José Ángel Vélez, the Deputy for Sport, José Antonio García, the president of the Association of Municipalities of the Almanzora, Antonio Ramón Salas, the mayors of Sierro and Líjar, Adrián de Manuel and María Jesús Díaz Molina, respectively.
