Two individuals arrested for committing multiple robberies with force in different hotel and catering establishments in Lorca

Agents of the National Police have arrested two men, aged 18 and 21, after being identified as the alleged perpetrators of multiple crimes of robberies with force perpetrated in different hotel establishments located in the city of Lorca (Murcia), according to sources of the aforementioned Corps in a statement.

The events began last November following the receipt of a complaint lodged by the owner of one of the establishments affected. Specifically, the alleged perpetrators broke the access door and gained access to the interior of the premises, where they stole several bottles of alcohol and the cash register containing 300 euros.

During the course of the investigation, the two detainees again gained access to the same premises using the same modus operandi.

The now detainees, of Moroccan nationality, returned to access the same premises on a second occasion in the same way as the first time, by breaking the main door, this time stealing a tablet, several bottles of alcohol and cash.

After an arduous investigation and the practice of several security devices, the National Police officers managed to identify and arrest the alleged perpetrators of the facts who are also charged with two attempted robberies with force in other establishments in the locality.

The detainees, who have numerous police records for similar acts and other criminal typologies, were handed over to the judicial authority for the adoption of the appropriate legal measures.
