Carlos Jiménez, who had been missing from his home since Monday morning, was found walking along the Vía Verde in the municipality of Purchena, «on his way home», according to sources linked to the search.
Two young people who were out on a bicycle in the area came across Jiménez, who was taken to the Olula del Río Health Centre.
Since yesterday, hundreds of neighbours, Local Police, Civil Guard and Civil Protection together with the Canine Unit, combed the municipality and its surroundings, alerted by the disappearance of this man, 57 years old, well known in the locality.
