At a meeting of the informative commission the Fuente Álamo Town Council has given an account to the municipal political groups on the evaluation of damages and flaws in the speed circuit located in the «Paraje de Los Milanos» after the celebration of the illegal party at the beginning of January.
During the session, the detailed results of the assessment carried out by the municipal technicians, who have thoroughly inspected the facilities affected by the clandestine event, were presented. A significant amount of damage was found, amounting to more than 110,000 euros, including the cost of repairing the fencing, removal of graffiti, relocation of security elements and cleaning and waste collection.
Another important figure quantifies the amount of waste collected at 6640 kg.
The City Council has announced that measures are being explored to prevent the recurrence of similar events in the future.
Among the main findings are: deteriorated protective fences, graffiti around the perimeter of the circuit, as well as other infrastructure elements affected by improper use during the illegal party. These damages represent a potential risk for the integrity of the users and for the celebration of future events in the circuit.
Fuente Álamo Town Council reaffirms its commitment to the protection of the municipal heritage and the safety of citizens, and will therefore initiate a corrective action plan to remedy the damage detected. Measures are also being explored to prevent the repetition of similar events in the future and to ensure the proper use of public facilities.
