The Albanchez gas station is once again putting its pumps into operation, which is an urgent need in the town and neighboring municipalities «since to refuel you have to go to Arboleas, Cantoria or Olula del Río,» says the mayor of Albanchez, Amador López Pardo.
That is why the reopening of this gas station located on the side of the A-1100 highway is fuel for the many visitors who pass through here and do not have the option of refueling. “Fixing the population means providing services. If there are no services, people will go to live in other places,” says the mayor.
The new manager of the gas station is Isidoro Pallarés, who says that his first expectation was “to ensure that the town has its own gas station. We have fuel, a small shop with a bit of everything and a car wash, which for now is what we can do,” says the manager of Carburantes Filabres, the new name of the company.
Many residents came to the inauguration, which was attended by the Delegate for the Economy, Guillermo Casquet, and mayors of neighbouring municipalities.
