Firefighters from the Consorcio de Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento (CEIS) have extinguished the fire that has originated in a greenhouse located in Torre Octavio, Mirador de San Javier, San Javier.
13.04 hours. A call to the Emergency Coordination Centre 112 Region of Murcia reported the incident. The caller indicated that plastics were burning in the greenhouse and that it was near some houses.
Local Police and CEIS firefighters were immediately called to the scene.
At 13.48 hours they reported that the fire was under control, that only material damage had been caused and that some of the personnel on the scene had been withdrawn.
At 14:41 hours all the firefighters and Local Police withdrew.
