
Students and teachers of the Music Conservatory of San Javier have recently participated in an Erasmus mobility to Timisoara, Hungary, with the ‘Ecosound Tree’ Project, which also includes the conservatories ‘Leandro Martínez Romero’, of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Professional Conservatory of Music of Torrelavega. A total of 16 students were mobilised, 11 from the piano speciality and 5 from the cuerda frotada speciality, together with 5 teachers and 3 accompanists, from 12th to 26th November. The objectives of this mobility were to improve the technical base, to improve the musical interpretation, and the basic competences to be able to have a professional mobility as a musician that has to comply with a repertoire, rehearsals and concerts, as well as to promote the European spirit among the young participants. During their stay in Hungary, the students performed four concerts; one in Arad and three in Timisoara.
