The territorial delegate of Development, Territorial Articulation and Housing, Dolores Martínez, is visiting different municipalities with the aim of informing about the call for subsidies for the improvement of accessibility in housing and in collective residential buildings. These are two lines of subsidy launched by the Junta de Andalucía through the Order of 16 October 2023 and whose deadline for applications will begin on 5 February.
These subsidies, which are aimed at promoting the improvement of accessibility in dwellings, whether single-family, detached or grouped in rows, or located in collective residential buildings, and the promotion of improved accessibility in these buildings, fall under Decree 91/2020, of 30 June, which regulates the Plan Vive en Andalucía, housing, rehabilitation and urban regeneration of Andalusia 2020-2030, for housing rehabilitation programmes and rehabilitation of buildings.
Dolores Martínez explained that «the aim is to publicise the most significant details of this call for applications in all the districts of the province, so that residents are aware of the eligible actions, the people who can be beneficiaries, the requirements, as well as the amount of the subsidies and the processing. We want to be able to resolve all the questions and doubts that may arise so that as many people as possible can apply for them».
For its part, the delegate of Development has reported that the conference will be held in Olula del Río on Wednesday 17 January. On Wednesday 24th, it will be held in Los Gallardos and Vélez Blanco.
