A bitter draw on Sunday afternoon at the Las Ventas municipal ground where Villa de Albox (8th) hosted Peña Deportiva Garrucha (3rd), the first day of the rematch in the Senior First Andalusian League in Almeria.
In the first half of the match the locals had up to five chances to take the lead, but were unlucky not to find the back of the net.
In the second half, the game faded away with a lot of inside play from the opposition and hardly any chances for either team until the final whistle.
Club Deportivo Villa de Albox have been winless for the whole of 2023, so it is necessary to start adding to three points to achieve the objectives.
Around three hundred people turned up at Las Ventas to support the Albox side.
Next Sunday, the team coached by Miguel Estévez will play at El Ejido (12th) at 11.30 am, a game that can be followed on the club’s official Facebook page.
