This investigation is part of the comprehensive plan developed by the Guardia Civil of Almeria in the prevention and resolution of crimes against property.
This investigation began after being informed by means of a complaint that in November, two people committed a burglary in an establishment in the municipality of San Juan de los Terreros (Almeria). Parallel to this investigation, the Guardia Civil of Almeria arrested two people (operating from Aguilas, Murcia) in the commission of a robbery with force in another hotel establishment in the town of Cuevas del Almanzora (Almeria), where, in addition to the vehicle used to commit the robbery, numerous tools were seized.

The Guardia Civil personnel in charge of the investigation gathered all the available evidence, as well as the different testimonies of witnesses who gave a description of the perpetrators and the vehicle used during the commission of the two robberies.
In the same way, the investigators carried out a meticulous analysis of the different complaints filed for similar acts in the provinces of Almería and Murcia, resulting in the determination that the same perpetrators are also responsible for a robbery in a company in the town of Lorca (Murcia), three robberies in the same hotel in the municipality of Águilas (Murcia) and another two committed in an establishment and a house in San Juan de los Terreros (Almería).
As a result of this arduous and meticulous investigation, the Guardia Civil of the Command of Almeria detained two people infraganti as perpetrators of a crime of robbery with force in Cuevas del Almanzora (Almeria) and clarified and determined that the detainees are responsible for five other crimes of robbery in different municipalities of Almeria and Murcia.
The proceedings were handed over to the Duty Courts of Vera (Almeria) and Lorca (Murcia).
