The Regional Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing has published, through the web portal of the Andalusian Housing and Rehabilitation Agency (AVRA), the first ordinary auction of this year. In the province of Almería alone, plots for industrial use in Serón, residential land for free rental housing in Oria and premises in Benahadux have been put up for sale. This auction comes after the recent approval of the agency’s Asset Disposal Programme for 2023.
The assets included in this offer for the province of Almería are ten plots in the industrial estate Sector I-2 in Serón, totalling 3,995 metres and whose auction price is 364,604 euros, and six plots for as many homes in Oria, with 540 metres in total and at a price of 59,400 euros. Also on offer are two premises in Benahadux for 90,021 euros and with surface areas totalling 283 square metres.
The assets for sale, all owned by AVRA, are offered in two ways. On the one hand, through the auction system, free income residential land is being auctioned, as well as plots of land for industrial, tertiary and public use, commercial premises and garages. Land for the development of subsidised housing is offered in the form of tenders.

The tender, which will shortly be published in the Official Gazette of the Andalusian Regional Government (BOJA), will be open for bids until 14 September and the proposals will be opened in a public ceremony scheduled for 5 October.
