A cyclist was injured on Saturday when he was hit by a car while riding along Avenida de La Unión, in San Javier. The accident occurred at 17:00 hours and as a result the man was left with multiple bruises.
According to the Emergency Coordination Centre, a Local Police patrol and a 061 ambulance were sent to the scene. After giving first aid to the injured man, the medics took him to Los Arcos del Menor hospital in San Javier.
