
The Delegate of Economy, Finance, European Funds, Industry, Energy and Mines of the Junta de Andalucía, Guillermo Casquet, has made an institutional visit to the Town Hall of Albox this Friday. He held a meeting with the mayoress, María del Mar Alfonso and a large part of the government team, to discuss various issues of interest to the town. Among them was the intention of the Albox Town Council to form part of the Network of Industrial Cities of Andalusia, a project of the Andalusian Regional Government that unites Andalusian municipalities committed to the development of local industry and the attraction of investment.
Among the objectives of the government team to include Albox in the Network of Industrial Cities of Andalusia, is to promote an agile and close administration that offers facilities for the implementation of new companies in the municipality and to enable the implementation and improvement of existing ones.
«The Industrial Cities initiative is part of the Crece Industria Action Plan for a new industrial policy in Andalusia, with it, we want to promote and encourage the creation and establishment of companies in our territory» explains the Delegate of Industry, Guillermo Casquet in his first institutional visit to Albox in this legislature.

The mayoress, María del Mar Alfonso, is confident that the inclusion of the municipality of Albox in this Network will bring benefits for its entrepreneurs «for our part we are committed to resolve administrative procedures that are within our competence, and to accompany and advise our entrepreneurs. Tax relief for the development of industrial activities, updating the municipal sales notebook and, of course, monitoring our industrial estates and areas».
Albox Town Council is already working on the processing of the application, and at the same time, they have taken advantage of the visit with the head of the Junta, to find out about different lines of aid for entrepreneurs and for the consistory itself that the regional administration will open in the coming months.
