Once again, the night of San Juan inaugurates the summer in the municipality of San Javier with parties on the beaches where there will be a bonfire to ward off bad omens and attract good vibrations. The ritual of fire, with the bonfire burning at 00:00h and music will be played on the beach of El Pescador, in Santiago de la Ribera, where Plan B will start to create atmosphere with good music which will later continue with DJ Tito.
In La Manga del Mar Menor, the celebration will take place at kilometre 14 (next to Las Palmeras urbanisation) where from 20:00 there will be entertainment and open bars. At around 22:00 Vis a Vis will perform, with music from the 80s to the present day, and at 00:00 the bonfire will be burnt with fireworks. The early hours of the morning will be set by DJ Anfri.
In San Javier, the night of San Juan is organised by the Brotherhood of San Francisco Javier with the collaboration of the Department of Festivities. From 21:00h there will be a bar with drinks and tapas, for the benefit of the Brotherhood, and a musical performance by the group Powerband. In this case the bonfire will be replaced by fireworks to announce the arrival of the 24th. DJ Isaac MM will continue to provide music for the night.
From the Department of Festivities is reminded that apart from the announced bonfires, only bonfires that have the express authorization of the City Council upon request through the municipal registry, in person or online, will be allowed. We also invite people to enjoy the fiesta responsibly, avoiding any risk that may be posed by the fire in the vicinity of the bonfire.
